- Publish content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the website.

- Use the platform for spam, harassment, scams, or unlawful activities.

- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation.

- Misuse contact details or information obtained through the directory.

5. Business Verification

Any verification label or approval status displayed by Adzon indicates only the checks actually performed by the platform. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee of business quality, financial stability, licensing, or future performance.

Users should independently verify businesses before entering into transactions.

6. Transactions Between Users and Businesses

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Adzon provides directory services and does not itself become a party to transactions between customers and listed businesses.

Customers and businesses are responsible for agreeing on prices, payment methods, delivery, warranties, cancellations, refunds, and other transaction terms directly with one another.

Adzon does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or suitability of products or services offered by listed businesses.

7. Fees, Plans, and Payments

Some platform features may be offered through paid plans or subscriptions. Applicable prices, plan benefits, renewal terms, and payment conditions should be displayed before a user makes a purchase.

Users should review those details before paying. Refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes will be handled according to the applicable plan terms and mandatory consumer-protection law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Adzon name, website design, software, branding, and original platform content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain rights they lawfully hold in content they submit but grant Adzon permission to host, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant listing and website, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
